Northern Seas
“From the northern border of Finland, you don’t have to travel far to reach the shores of the Arctic Ocean. The water in the Norwegian fjords is clear and deep green. Sea shells wash up to shores and sandy coves give you a feeling of a tropic but when you dip your toes into the water, it is chilly even in summer. It quickly reminds, where you are.
These northern shores attract me year after year. I long for breathing the salty ocean air, picking up shells and watching sunsets surrounded by mountains. When I’m not there, I can close my eyes and see the colors of the Northern Seas.”
