Our Return Policy in short

  • You have 14 days to return or exchange an order in the original condition after receiving it.
  • If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please follow the instructions on the return form.
  • In Finland, return costs 5€. Outside of Finland, the customer will cover the cost of return. The return is free of charge only in a case of a faulty or wrong item. 
  • In exchanges, return the product (s) to us according to the instructions and order a new product from our online store. We will cover the postage for delivery of the new size or a new product in Finland.
  • Please note, that it is not a return if you just do not pick-up the delivery. In this case, we will deduct the return delivery costs from your order price.

Palautus- ja vaihto-ohjeet lyhyesti suomeksi:

  • Sinulla on 14 päivän vaihto- ja palautusoikeus käyttämättömille tuotteille.
  • Asiakkaalle ei tule toimituskuluja Postissa, kun käytät paketin lähettämisessä asiakaspalautustunnustamme 646981 tai Postin sivujen kautta saatavaa Helposti-koodia. Kaikista palautuksista veloitetaan kuitenkin käsittelykulu 5,00€, joka vähennetään hyvityksen yhteydessä.
  • Jos palautat koko tilauksen, maksamme alkuperäisen Suomen postimaksun takaisin. Tästä vähennetään palautuksen käsittelykulu 5€. 
  • Jos kyseessä on viallinen tai väärä tuote, käsittelykulua ei veloiteta.
  • Sovitathan uima-asuja alusvaatteiden päälle, kiitos.
  • Paketin noutamatta jättäminen ei ole palautus. Veloitamme tästä meille aiheutuneet kustannukset.
  • Vaihdot – palauta tuote / tuotteet meille ja tilaa uusi tuote verkkokaupastamme. Saat ilmaisen toimituksen vaihtotilaukseen Suomessa, ohjeet tulevat tilauksesi mukana.

Käsittelykulu 5,00€ veloitetaan kaikista palautuksista riippumatta siitä, että palautetaanko tilaus kokonaisuudessaan vai osa tilauksesta.

    Instructions for returning goods

    RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – in Finland:

    There will be no delivery costs for the customer at Posti when you use our customer return code 646981 or the Helposti-code available through Posti's pages to send the package. However, all refunds will be charged a handling fee of € 5.00, which will be deducted from the refund.

    Pack the product (s) well in the original packaging, and complete and return this product return form. Payment will always be refunded to the same payment method you used to pay for your original order. If you return the whole order, we will pay back the original shipping cost (5.00€ handling cost will be deducted).

    Return via Post:

    Write our address information and customer return ID on top of the package and take the package to the Post Office. Customer return shipping via Post is free of charge for the customer. Our customer return ID is 646981.

    RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – outside of Finland

    Send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging. The customer pays the return shipping. Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage from abroad. We will not accept returns where postage is not paid. If you receive a wrong or a faulty item, we will compensate you for the delivery costs. Save the tracking code, it will help if the parcel gets lost.

    If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.

    Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase. If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product. Mori Collective will not compensate for lost packages.

    Please note, that it is not a return if you just do not pick-up the delivery from the Post. In this case, we will deduct the return post costs from your order price. 

    EXCHANGE:

    Return the product (s) to us according to the instructions above and order a new product from our online store.

    You will receive a free delivery in Finland for an exchange order. You will get the instructions with the order. The handling fee of € 5.00 will be deducted from your return, as mentioned above. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free exchange delivery outside of Finland.

    If the product is incorrect or defective, the return processing fee will not be charged, please contact morico@morico.fi before returning. Also, please contact us before returning if you are returning from abroad.

    Handling time for returns is approximately 5-10 working days.
